For purchases outside of the USA, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any goods for international orders.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, panty hose, tights and earrings cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which means items must not worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these guidelines will be rejected or subject to a 50% restocking fee on the price of the item(s). All goods will be inspected on return.

Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the initial ship date. Returns received after 30 days will be returned for store credit only and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the price of the item(s). The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.
You have 30 days from the shipping date to decide if you want to return or exchange any item within your order.

Using USPS Prepaid Return Label


  1. Complete the return and exchange form on your packing list & place it in your securely sealed shipping container.
  2. Email us at returns@tildarling.com and state the final return package weight. Failure to get an accurate weight measurement may result in a returned packaged and any further shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Note: The return package should not weight more than the original packaging.
  3. We will send a USPS Prepaid Return Label in .pdf format to your email. We attempt to send your return label within the same business day, but please allow up to 1-2 business days to generate your return label, especially if your request is made during the weekend or holidays.
  4. Firmly affix the USPS Prepaid Return Label to your package and drop it in a mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.

Using Your Own Shipping Method

You can send items back to us at the address below using any other trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge expect in cases where the order was cancelled or the entire order was faulty.
We are very sorry if we have made a mistake on your refund. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.

The following may affect the amount you have been refunded:

The delivery charge, which would only be refunded under cancelled orders or if the goods are faulty.

Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable.
As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.

If you were expecting a replacement and got a refund instead, this maybe because we were unable to exchange the item for what you wanted. In this instance we would automatically issue you with a refund so you have the choice to purchase whatever goods you want instead.

If you were expecting a refund and we sent you replacement goods, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team so we can sort it out for you.
Of course! Your right to return an item remains exactly the same regardless of whether you bought it with a gift voucher, a payment card, or a combination of the two.

For your convenience, we’ll refund anything you paid for with your debit/credit card first, and then send you a new 16-digit code for any outstanding gift voucher credit you are owed.
If you are the Purchaser, you can cancel your unused gift voucher within 24 hours of placing the order.
