Standard Delivery

• Orders placed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, before 7:00 PM EST or 4:00 PM PST will usually be shipped the same day.
• Standard delivery usually arrives within 2-3 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays, but is not guaranteed by the United States Postal Service or UPS.
• Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes usually arrives within 5-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
• Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Express Delivery

• Orders placed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, before 7:00 PM EST or 4:00 PM PST will usually be shipped the same day.
• Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will usually arrive within 1-2 business day from the shipped date.
• Delivery time is guaranteed by the United States Postal Service or UPS, not by T.I.L. Darling.
• Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/ FPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories :

• Only standard delivery is available.
• Add $4.95 to the above Standard Shipping and Handling charges.
• All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.
• U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

International Shipping Options :

• Express delivery usually arrives within 5 - 10 business day, but may take up to 12 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
• Standard delivery is not available for international shipments.

International Shipping Restrictions :

• Delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.
• Gift Card delivery to International addresses is not available.
• Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total (excluding E-Gift Certificate) purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.

Shipping Promotions :

Shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to international addresses and U.S. Territories.

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE :

To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:

• Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing.
• Orders with "Out of Stock" item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process and ship.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER :

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the "My Account" page and click on "Orders" to get the tracking number for your order.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES

International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees :

• T.I.L. Darling ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country´s custom policies please contact your local customs office.
• USPS´s local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
