Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Place Your Order’ on the final page of our ordering process.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and any refunds will be at the discretion of T.I.L. Darling.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully (smoke-free) resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging, and with all tags still attached. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please note that for undergarments and pierced earrings we can only accept returns that have not been used. Toiletries and cosmetics must be unopened. Final clearance items are not available for return or exchange None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
